How to Skillfully Talk to Others

In order for us to retain the functionality of a normal living, we all need to have communication with other people. And in every communication, the primary means is by talking. Talking to other people is as pervasive as cultures exist in every human civilization. In other words, there has never been a society of people without talking as the medium used for communication. And we all must bear the burden to enhance our way of talking to other people in order to sustain a harmonious relationship with each other for a progressing life and a productive living.
There are only four words that you have to exclude when trying to skillfully talk to other people: I, Me, Myself and Mine. This simply indicates that it has been against the human nature to talk about yourself. In order to have a harmonious conversation, first, you have to listen to them. If you can seize an opportunity to compliment them then go on. Always give them the impression that you have the interest to listen. And if ever you are asked and your answer is needed, take a pause. Pause before you answer the question. This will definitely give others the impression that you are thinking about the things they have uttered. Second, whenever you try to answer questions or talk back or make reactions about the discussion, always make use of "you" and "your." This will definitely give other people the impression that they are given importance and attention. And lastly, in every discussions or conversations, you have to pay attention to everybody in a group. With these basic tips, you can skillfully talk to other people without a doubt.
